Excavation Contractors Grand Rapids ("we", "us") runs excavationcontractorsgrandrapids.com. This page describes what information we receive through the site and what we do with it.

Information we receive

We receive three kinds of information. First, anything you enter in our forms (name, phone, email, ZIP code, the service and your message). Second, call records when you phone us (your number, when you called, how long the call lasted and, where enabled, a recording and transcript). Third, basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the page that referred you.

Why we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule an estimate and provide the service.
• To prevent spam and fraud, and to measure which pages produce requests.

Sharing

Your information goes only to the people and services needed to handle your request: the companies that host our forms, phones and scheduling, and the technicians who do the work. We do not sell your personal information.

Contacting you

Asking for an estimate means we may follow up by call, text or email about it. Standard message and data rates can apply. Text STOP to opt out of text messages.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by calling (616) 952-4420 or contacting us through the request form on this website.

Retention and security

We hold on to request records only as long as they are needed and take reasonable steps to keep them secure, though no online transmission can be guaranteed safe.

Children's privacy

We do not aim this site at children under 13 and do not knowingly gather information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
